Telescope

::: Usually we can not see a faraway object clearly with bare eyes. When we use the telescope, we can see objects in a long distance more clearly.

The faraway object becomes a reduced, upside-down real image through the objective (convex lens). When observed with the eyepiece, the virtual image becomes larger. In the end it is a reduced, upside-down virtual image. Because the virtual image is close to the eyes, as well as the objective is larger than our pupils, we can see more clearly.
