臺北站 Taipei Main Station
臺北車站歷經多次遷移與改建，1891年啟用的第一代車站為棚式車站，第二代車站正門正對今館前路，於1901年啟用，1939年原地改建為第三代方塊型現代建築車站，現在的臺北車站則是配合鐵路地下化興建的第四代。臺北車站廣場上在過去停滿了黃包車、計程車，現在為臺鐵、高鐵、捷運三鐵共構的都會交通中心。
Taipei Main Station has been relocated and renovated many times: the first version in 1891 featured the shed line; the 2nd version had its front door facing Guanqian Road and opened in 1901; in 1939, its 3rd version was a modern looking cube; and the current (4th version) one was built to accommodate moving the railroad system underground. The plaza used to be full of rickshaws and taxis, but now it is the metropolitan traffic center of the 3 railroads: Taiwan Railway, Taiwan High Speed Rail and Mass Rapid Transit.
